Ordering: All orders are generally shipped within 5-10 business days unless otherwise specified. Large orders may require some additional lead-time. Lead-time varies during our busy holiday season.

Refunds and Returns: You may return unopened items sold and fulfilled by Bell Horn within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.); otherwise your refund will be less the cost of shipping. You will need to contact us to receive an authorization code.

Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, PayPal, Google Checkout. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed, with the exception of any backordered items. Prices are subject to change without notice.
For Corporate Purchasing, a Company Account may be established upon credit application, via Bell-Horn.com, and approval. En lieu of waiting for application processing, your first order may be paid via credit card, check or COD.

Shipping: Products shipped from our facility are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail, depending on quantity. A physical address is required for all shipments. We also ship to APO’s and FPO’s. International shipping is at additional cost. Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us.
In the rare event that damage does occur during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may take appropriate corrective actions.

Exclusion of Liability
Neither we nor any other party (whether or not involved in producing, maintaining or delivering this Website or the products sold in this website), shall be liability or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of our website or the products sold in this website. This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss, and whether in tort or contract or otherwise in connection with this Website or the products sold in this website.

Out of Stock: We diligently try to maintain sufficient inventory levels to fulfill all orders; however, occasionally one of our popular items may be temporarily out of stock. In the event this occurs, we will contact you immediately for an anticipated delivery date.

Allergies: It is the responsibility of the recipient to read individual ingredients labels for contents that may cause an allergic reaction.
