2.) Can our office buy directly from you?

Yes; Fast Freeze can be purchased directly from Bell-Horn

3.) What are the minimum purchase requirements?

Fast Freeze is sold in case quantities only

4.) Do you sell refills?

At this time we do not offer Fast Freeze in refills for the smaller sizes. We do offer gallon size to assist in refilling the 16oz and 32oz professional sizes.

5.) What sizes can we purchase?

For patient use we offer a 0.27 on-the-go travel size, a 4oz Gel, 4oz Spray and a 3oz Roll-On. For clinical use we offer a 16oz, 32oz and gallon size of the gel

6.) Can I get a sample to try?

Yes, contact Bell-Horn directly for a sample to be sent to you

7.) Can we apply Fast Freeze to patients before aquatic exercise?

Yes, you can. For optimal results Fast Freeze should be applied 10-15 minutes prior to aquatic exercise and shortly after the patients shower to reduce stiffness and aches

8.) Can Fast Freeze be used with ice, heating pads, tape or wraps?

You may use Fast Freeze with breathable wraps only that are not bandaged tightly. It can be used with ice packs but heating pads must be avoided

9.) If a patient is nursing or pregnant can they use Fast Freeze?

Ask your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

10.) How long does Fast Freeze last?

You can find the expiration date for each product on the label; the product itself has a shelf life of two years

11.) Do we need to refrigerate or freeze Fast Freeze?

No; Fast Freeze works best at room temperature and should be stored in a cool, dry place

12.) Are there pill or cream versions of Fast Freeze?

At this time Fast Freeze does not come in any form other than the roll-on, spray and gel
