2.) With a name FastFreeze will it actually freeze?
No; despite the name, FastFreeze will not actually freeze

3.) What are the long-term effects of using FastFreeze?
FastFreeze is labeled in concordance with the FDA regulations regarding topical analgesics. All product guidelines and warnings on the label should be followed.

4.) What is the expiration date for FastFreeze?
The expiration date is located on the package; generally the shelf life is two years.

5.) What is Ilex?
Ilex is an herbal extract from the holly plant which helps protect the skin as well as extending analgesic properties.

6.) What percent of grain-based products is in FastFreeze?
0%; there is none.

7.) If I am taking other medications is it safe to take FastFreeze?
Yes; while we do suggest checking with your healthcare provider before use, FastFreeze does not enter your bloodstream.

8.) Is FastFreeze safe if I am nursing or pregnant?
We do not recommend using FastFreeze as we have not yet tested it on nursing or pregnant women.

9.) Is the coloring in FastFreeze safe?
The USDA has approved the color additives found in FASTFREEZE for General use. Please note that FASTFREEZE is produced in a clear color.

10.) Is it okay for me to use a heating pad same time I use FastFreeze?
No, its not. FastFreeze cools down the area affected and it may mean the heating pad gets too hot. It might cause serious injury doing that.

11.) Can I wrap up the area where I have FastFreeze?
As long as you use a breathable cotton wrap you can wrap the area.

12.) I got FastFreeze in my eye, what do I do?
You can take a warm shower with the water running over your forehead and running down over your eyes. Or you can flush your eye with tap water from the faucet. Do this for about 15 minutes. If the problem remains go see your healthcare provider and take the FastFreeze with you.

13.) Can I use FastFreeze to soothe my sunburn pain?
No, FastFreeze is not recommended to treat any burns.

14.) Can I use FastFreeze for my headaches?
No, it is not intended for this use.

15.) What if my child swallowed FastFreeze?
If it was simply put in the mouth and not actually swallowed the wash the mouth out with lukewarm water and rinse it thoroughly. If FastFreeze was actually swallowed then after washing the mouth out with lukewarm water try to induce vomiting. A glass of milk should help alleviate the stomach irritation. If a large amount is consumed, contact a Poison Control Center. You would have to consume an estimated 18 oz to cause any adverse reactions.

16.)Is FastFreeze safe to use on an open wound?
No, much like a burn, you should not use FastFreeze on an open wound.

17.) I got a rash after using it, what should I do?
Take a warm bath mixing in a cup of baking soda. If the rash persists for more than half an hour, contact your physician.

18.) Is FastFreeze registered with the FDA?
Yes, FastFreeze is registered with the FDA.

19.) Can you send me a sample of FastFreeze?
